To achieve this, we have established a set of policies and procedures that ensure a fair and consistent service for every client. By adhering to these policies, we can maintain our high standards and provide stable employment for our team.
As a valued client, we kindly ask that you familiarize yourself with and follow the policies and procedures outlined below.
1. Estimates by Phone and Email
We value your time and strive to provide the most accurate estimate possible. To achieve this, we ask that you provide honest and precise information about your home when requesting an online estimate. Since we do not evaluate each space before cleaning, the information you provide should be as accurate as possible.
To ensure a smooth cleaning experience, please be available by phone or email during the service at your home in case we need to contact you.
2. Arrival Window
To accommodate unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or parking difficulties, we work with an arrival window of 1 to 2 hours. In case of significant delays, we will contact you to keep you informed.
We understand the importance of punctual service and appreciate your understanding. Our technicians will arrive as soon as possible within the specified arrival window to provide the quality service you expect from Destak Cleaning Services LLC.
3. Preparing for Cleaning
To ensure a thorough and high-quality cleaning, we kindly ask that you prepare your home before our arrival by:
● Picking up scattered items such as shoes, toys, clothes, or any other objects that may obstruct cleaning access.
● Ensuring the sink is free of dishes, allowing us to properly clean stove components, the microwave, and other kitchen items as outlined in our checklist.
Our estimated cleaning time is based solely on performing the cleaning service and does not include additional time for tidying up. Therefore, eliminating distractions and keeping spaces organized is essential for our technicians to perform their work efficiently.
We recommend scheduling the cleaning at a time when fewer people are at home to ensure full access to all rooms during the reserved time.
4. Special Requests, Cleaning Equipment, and Products
If you have any special requests or additional service needs, please communicate them to our office and not directly to the cleaning technicians. Contact us in advance to schedule any additional services and share your requests.
Our team only uses company-provided ladders and works while wearing shoes indoors. If you prefer the use of shoe covers, please inform us before the visit.
Destak Cleaning Services LLC provides all necessary cleaning equipment and products. If you prefer the use of specific products (such as eco-friendly solutions), please notify us in advance.
5. Access to Your Home
We recommend that our clients provide secure access through electronic door keypads, garage keypads, or secure lockboxes on the property. If you choose to leave a door unlocked or a key in a hidden location, we will only enter with your permission.
For security reasons, Destak Cleaning Services LLC does not store or take possession of any property keys.
6. Employee Health, Safety, and Service Limitations
We prioritize the safety and well-being of our employees while providing high-quality cleaning services. Therefore, we have established a Hazards and Specialization Policy, outlining items and areas that we do not clean due to safety concerns or lack of specialized training.
We do not clean:
● Animal feces, human blood, bodily fluids, or any hazardous material that may pose a health risk to our employees.
● Mold, asbestos, or any other harmful substances that require specialized training or equipment.
● Areas that are unreachable, such as high ceilings, tall light fixtures, or difficult-to-access corners.
● Heavy items that require more than two people or specialized equipment to move safely.
The following services are not included in Destak Cleaning Services LLC’s offerings:
● Stain removal or deep dirt cleaning from walls.
● Disposal of large trash or furniture (e.g., broken furniture, appliances).
● Exterior window cleaning.
● Chimney cleaning.
● Ventilation or duct system cleaning (including air conditioning or heating units).
● Cleaning of outdoor areas such as yards, patios, garages, or driveways.
● Professional carpet cleaning, stain removal, or water-based cleaning.
7. Climate Control
Please ensure that the indoor temperature is set to a comfortable level before our arrival. Our cleaning technicians cannot work in excessively hot or cold environments, as these conditions may be physically uncomfortable and potentially unsafe.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling Fees
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of services. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a $50 fee, reflecting our commitment to maintaining the quality and organization of our scheduled services.
For same-day cancellations or no-shows, the full service amount will be charged, as assigned employees still need to be compensated.
If you wish to permanently cancel recurring services, we request at least two weeks’ notice so we can adjust our schedule and offer the time slot to new clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
9. Automatic Payment and Data Security
Clients who enroll in recurring services must register their credit or debit card information in the secure payment system used by Destak Cleaning Services LLC.
We guarantee the privacy and security of your data, as we do not have access to complete card details.
After each service, if manual payment is not completed within 24 hours, the system will automatically charge the stored payment method.
10. Gratuities
While tips are optional, they are greatly appreciated as recognition of our technicians’ work. You may leave a cash tip in a labeled envelope or add it to your credit or debit card payment through the provided payment link.
If you would like tips to be included automatically in your recurring payments, please inform us so we can set this up in your client profile.
11. Damages and Breakages
If we cause damage or break an item, we will notify you immediately and work towards a reasonable solution for repair or replacement. If you notice any breakage or damage we may have missed, please notify us within 24 hours.
Please note that Destak Cleaning Services LLC cannot be held responsible for items that break or become damaged due to unstable bases or improper wall mounting.
12. Quality Control and Client Feedback
We value your feedback and communication to ensure the highest level of service quality. Our quality control system relies on your input, and we encourage you to share your overall experience and feedback regularly.
13. Non-Solicitation Policy
We invest significant time, energy, and financial resources in our hiring, screening, and training process. Additionally, we implement internal policies that ensure service quality and protect our company’s reputation.
To maintain our business integrity, all services are provided exclusively through Destak Cleaning Services LLC, ensuring that all communication and coordination take place through our company without direct agreements between clients and staff members.
14. Price Adjustments
We strive to provide high-quality services while adapting to market demands and operational costs. Therefore, our rates are subject to annual adjustments to reflect factors such as inflation, material cost increases, and other necessary updates.
Additionally, if the conditions or needs of your home change, an adjustment to your service rate may be required. If you discontinue service and later choose to resume it, a new evaluation may be conducted, resulting in an updated rate.
15. Photography and Social Media
We may take before and after photos during the first visit to monitor service quality and improve our processes.
On recurring visits, photos may only be taken when significant changes are noticed in the home’s condition. These images help document unusual situations, adjust service as needed, and maintain quality standards.
We do not photograph personal items such as family photos, jewelry, or documents. If you prefer no photos to be taken, please inform our office before the cleaning. However, please note that without these records, our ability to assess and guarantee service quality may be limited.
16. Confidentiality
We agree not to disclose client information to third parties during or after the contracted services provided by Destak Cleaning Services LLC.
